[4] Mildef has designed and developed its Rentaka for military and paramilitary operations which is suitable for the uses of armed force and police.

According to the company, due to the modular design of the vehicle, other versions of the Rentaka could be offered such as weapon carriers and artillery prime movers.

[6] In DSA 2024, Mildef presented its second prototype of Rentaka called the High Mobility Light Tactical Vehicle (HMLTV).

The vehicle received some modifications to fulfill the requirement of the Malaysian Army in the HMLTV procurement program.
