On 14 June 2020 the academy moved to its new main building in the Mildenhall Hub at Sheldrick Way.

From 2013-14 Mildenhall College Academy worked in partnership with the Gymnasium Theodorianum School in Paderborn, Germany to create a monument commemorating the Christmas Truce.
