Milivoj Karakašević (30 July 1948 – 26 March 2022[1]) was a Serbian international table tennis player who competed for Yugoslavia in the 1970s and 1980s.

[2] With the Yugoslav men's team, he won gold at the 1976 European Championships.

[3] In the World Table Tennis Championships he won a bronze medal in 1971 and a silver medal in 1975 in the team event for Yugoslavia.

[4] His son is the Serbian table tennis champion Aleksandar Karakašević.
