Milka Yelisava Chulina Urbanich (Croatian: Milka Jelisava Čulina Urbanić; born January 6, 1974) is a Venezuelan actress and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Venezuela 1992, was second runner-up at Miss Universe 1993 and reached the top 15 at Miss International 1994.
Chulina was born to Croatian parents, and grew up in Maracay, Venezuela.
