Milot is a town and a former municipality in the Lezhë County of northwestern Albania.
At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Kurbin.
Nearby is the well-known Zogu Bridge named after the leader Zog I of Albania.
The bridge was built in 1927 to cross the Mat river and improve access to the north-west of the country.
