Mimosa Hall (Leigh, Texas)

[2] Mimosa Hall was the first brick house in Harrison County, originally situated in the middle of 7,000 acres (28 km2) of land.

[4] Nestled two miles (3 km) back in the woods, an old brick wall on the top of a knoll surrounds the cemetery.

[2] The American Museum in Britain has in its permanent collection a quilt made by people enslaved on the Mimosa Hall Plantation.

Mimosa Hall was then a bed and breakfast for several years until its owners purchased it to use as a private residence.
