An operation was activated to find those responsible and at the same time it was assured that there would be no impunity, despite the criticisms to the State Attorney General's Office investigations of being "eternal".

For its part, the federal Secretariat of Security and Civilian Protection said they were supporting the state agencies, deploying an operation to search and capture those responsible.
