The Miss Georgia USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Georgia in the Miss USA pageant.

The current Miss Georgia USA is Emmaline Farmer of Winder who was crowned on June 15, 2024 at Henry County Performing Arts Center in McDonough.
