Former, Miss Golden Land Myanmar Organization has been responsible for selecting the representatives of Myanmar for Miss Supranational international pageants from 2013 to 2019.
At the time, Miss Golden Land Myanmar was a generic title used to refer to Myanmar representatives to Miss Supranational.
However, after the cancellation of the Miss Supranational Pagaent, The organization terminated its license which causes Myanmar to not have any contestant until 2023.
Starting from 2024, the Hello Madam Media, the parent organization of Miss Universe Myanmar got the Miss Supranational & Mister Supranational license and appointed Dee(first runner up of Miss Universe Myanmar 2023) as the first ever Miss Supranational Myanmar after the long break together with the winner of mister supranational Myanmar 2023: Thet Oo Maung Maung.
