Moëlan-sur-Mer (French pronunciation: [mwɛlɑ̃ syʁ mɛʁ], literally Moëlan on Sea; Breton: Molan) is a commune in the Finistère department and administrative region of Brittany in north-western France.

In French the inhabitants of Moëlan-sur-Mer are known as Moëlanais.
