Vincent Lazatin of executive director of the Transparency and Accountability Network has criticized Mocha Uson Blog for its polarizing content.

Maria Ressa of Rappler has also criticized the blog for allegedly being a pro-Duterte propaganda tool that "takes advantage of Facebook algorithm".
