Moghan (Persian: مغان)[a] is a village in Pain Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Kashmar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,978 in 544 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
