Mohammad Soleimani (born 1954) is an Iranian politician and former Minister of Communication and Information Technology (2005–2009).
Soleimani met with China's Deputy Prime Minister Huang Ju on 27 October 2005, and signed the convention establishing the Asia and Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO).
Ahmad Talebzadeh, Iran's Aerospace Organization head, also attended the meeting.

Per Soleimani's wishes, "non-discriminatory access" to information technology was approved.
