Mohammed Musa Bello CON (born 8 January 1959) is a Nigerian banker and politician who served as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory,[1][2][3] from 2015 to 2023.
[9] In 1984, Bello was hired by Icon Limited[10] (a subsidiary of Barings Bank and Morgan Guaranty Trust).
He spent over twenty years in the corporate sector in various capacities, and was a Director of Habib Bank Plc, and other companies.
In 2006, President Olusegun Obasanjo appointed him Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria where he served from 2007 to 2015.
[13][14][15][16] In October 2022, a Nigerian national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) was conferred on him by President Muhammadu Buhari.
