Molla Hasan (Persian: ملاحسن)[a] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Samalqan County,[b] North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,646 in 414 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
