Monohorgonj (Bengali: মনোহরগঞ্জ উপজেলা) is an upazila of Comilla District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Manoharganj has a literacy rate (age 7 and over) of 50.41%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 1180 females per 1000 males.

A dam has been built by the Water Development Board toward one side of the waterway close to the Upazila.

The people of this territory make a living by creating agricultural products, grains, and fishing.
