Morales-Sanchez is a census-designated place (CDP) in Zapata County, Texas, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2), all land.

[15] As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 95 people, 35 households, and 26 families residing in the CDP.

22.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were no families and 10.9% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 26.3% of those over 64.
