Morfee Lake

[1] It is located within the boundaries of the District of Mackenzie and is also the source of drinking water for the community.

Named after Flight Lieutenant Alan Morfee, Royal Canadian Air Force who flew the earliest air photography of the region in the early 1930s.

The southern half of the lake is reserved for non-motorized boating.

A hiking and mountain biking trail extends around the lake and connects to a broader network of trails within the community.
