Moro is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Madison County, Illinois, United States.

The construction of railroads in the late 19th century further stimulated growth, allowing for easier transportation of goods and people.

It retains a strong sense of community and continues to celebrate its agricultural heritage through local events and traditions.
