The Mosaic District is a 31-acre (13 ha), 2,000,000 sq ft (190,000 m2) mixed-use development built along urban-style streets (an ersatz downtown) in Merrifield, Fairfax, Virginia, in the Washington, DC suburbs between Fairfax and Falls Church.

Anchors include the Angelika Film Center arthouse cinema, Target hypermarket, West Elm (home furnishings), Barnes and Noble (book superstore) and Mom's Organic Market.

[1][2] In total there were 29 retail stores, 37 dining outlets and 19 service providers as of February 2024, plus the cinemas, 3 residential complexes, and the Archer hotel.
