Motaalleq Persian: متعلق, also Romanized as Mota‘alleq[1] is a village in Abish Ahmad Rural District, Abish Ahmad District, Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.

[5] Yaqut al-Hamawi, writing in early thirteenth century, refers to a large river near Kaleybar, which has the property of curing the most inveterate fevers.
Motaalleq Hot spring therapeutic facility is the largest of its kind in Iran.
[7][8] Since its inception, the facility has been a bone of contention between authorities and villagers, who claim the ownership of the hot spring.
