Mount Leonard is a town in Saline County, Missouri, United States.

The racial makeup of the village was 83.9% White, 1.1% African American, 1.1% Asian, and 13.8% from two or more races.

20.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 46.2% of families and 48.4% of the population living below the poverty line, including 69.1% of under eighteens and 18.8% of those over 64.
