Mount Tempü is a peak of the Barail Range rising at the mountainous border of the Indian states of Manipur and Nagaland.

With a height of 2994 m above sea level, Tempü known by the people residing in Nagaland and Mt Esii/Iso by the people from Manipur is the highest peak of Manipur and the second highest peak in the Barail Range.

The peak can be access from the same route to Dzükou Valley that is from the foothills of Viswema.
