Municipality of Granville

The Municipality of Granville was a local government area in the Western region of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The area was first incorporated on 20 January 1885, when the Governor of New South Wales, Lord Augustus Loftus, proclaimed the "Borough of Granville".

Architect Charles Assinder Harding of Sydney designed the Town Hall, and Banks & Whitehurst were the contractors.
