Murtaugh is a city in Twin Falls County, Idaho, United States.

It is part of the Twin Falls, Idaho Micropolitan Statistical Area.

[citation needed] According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.12 square miles (0.31 km2), all of it land.

[citation needed] As of the census[3] of 2010, there were 115 people, 43 households, and 30 families residing in the town.

27.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 12.8% of families and 15.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including 25.6% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
