Musa Kalayeh (Persian: موسي كلايه)[a] is a village in Somam Rural District of Rankuh District, Amlash County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 805 in 196 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
