Museum für Luftfahrt und Technik

The Museum für Luftfahrt und Technik Wernigerode is an aviation museum located in the German town of Wernigerode near Halberstadt.

In addition to the aircraft exhibits a number of cockpit sections and a collection of ejection seats are also held by the museum.

[2] The museum opened to the public on 1 June 1999.

In 2016, the museum opened two new buildings with a total of 2,100 square meters.

[3] The museum has over 45 aircraft on display and over 1,000 exhibit items.
