Bevan played in his native New Zealand with Western Springs before moving to Auckland City, where he made his first-team debut on 28 February 2016, as an 86-minute substitute against WaiBOP United.
[8] In 2019, Bevan returned to Auckland City, where he went on to score fifteen goals in sixteen games that season, winning the league Golden Boot.
[15] Bevan would start the 2024 season by scoring Cavalry's first ever goal in the CONCACAF Champions Cup, during a 3-1 loss to Orlando City on February 27.
[20] Bevan made his senior international debut for New Zealand in a 6–1 victory over Solomon Islands in a FIFA World Cup qualifier on 1 September 2017.
[21] Bevan represented New Zealand at the 2019 OFC Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament, scoring in all five matches for a total of twelve goals in five appearances.
