Nérilia Mondésir (born 17 January 1999) is a Haitian professional footballer who plays as a forward for National Women's Soccer League club Seattle Reign and the Haiti national team.

Mondésir has had an eight-season stint in the Première Ligue with Montpellier.

Previously to that, she had represented Haiti internationally at both senior and youth levels, and played for Tigresses FC in Haiti.
