The basketball tournaments of NCAA Season 89 are the Philippines' National Collegiate Athletic Association tournaments for basketball in its 2013–14 season.

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde hosted the season, starting with an opening ceremony held on June 22, 2013, at the Mall of Asia Arena followed by a double-header.

Letran and San Beda have the twice-to-beat advantage; they only have to win once, while their opponents twice, to advance to the Finals.
