NGC 7329 is a large barred spiral galaxy located in the constellation Tucana.
[2] The luminosity class of NGC 7329 is II and it has a broad HI line.
Note that it is with the average value of independent measurements, when they exist, that the NASA/IPAC database calculates the diameter of a galaxy.
[4] This galaxy was discovered in 1835 by the English astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 in) optical telescope that used a mirror as the light-gathering element.
This supernova was discovered on April 2, 2006, by South African amateur astronomer Berto Monard, in Pretoria.
