Naćmierz [ˈnat͡ɕmjɛʂ] (German: Natzmersdorf) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Resko, within Łobez County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.

The land was finally held by the Holtz family until 1945, succeeded by the establishment of the People's Republic of Poland.
