Nagahara Station (Shiga)

Nagahara Station (永原駅, Nagahara-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, Japan, operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).

Nagahara Station is served by the Kosei Line, and is 68.3 kilometres (42.4 miles) from the starting point of the line at Yamashina and 73.8 kilometres (45.9 miles) from Kyoto.

The station consists of two island platforms on an embankment, connected by an underground passage to the station building.
