Nahunta, Georgia

[4] It is part of the Brunswick, Georgia metropolitan statistical area.

[6][7] In 1923, the seat of Brantley County was transferred to Nahunta from Hoboken.

[8] The Georgia General Assembly incorporated Nahunta as a city in 1925.

[11] According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.8 square miles (7.3 km2), of which 0.019 square miles (0.05 km2), or 0.65%, is water.

[13] As of the 2020 United States census, there were 1,013 people, 332 households, and 189 families residing in the city.
