Nallathur is a village in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu.

According to the 2011 Indian census, the population of Nallathur was 4,456, of which 2,238 were male (50.02%) and 2,218 were female (49.98%).

Nallathur is surrounded by villages of Puducherry on three sides: Embalam (East), Manakuppam (West), and Sivaranthagam (North).
