Narilya was born Natthida Trichaiya (Thai: ณัฐธิดา ตรีชัยยะ; nicknamed Benz)[1] on March 26, 2000, she is the youngest daughter in the family with one older brother.

She graduated with a bachelor's degree from communication arts at Rangsit University.
