Natidanga is a village and a gram panchayat in the Karimpur II CD block in the Tehatta subdivision of the Nadia district in the state of West Bengal, India.
Nadia district is mostly alluvial plains lying to the east of Hooghly River, locally known as Bhagirathi.

According to the 2011 Census of India, Natidanga had a total population of 5,118, of which 2,609 (51%) were males and 2,509 (49%) were females.
