National Film Award for Best Punjabi Feature Film

It is one of several awards presented for feature films and awarded with Rajat Kamal (Silver Lotus).

Produced and directed by Krishnan Kumar, the 1962 film Chaudhari Karnail Singh was honoured with the first president's Silver Medal for Best Feature Film in Punjabi.

Award includes 'Rajat Kamal' (Silver Lotus) and cash prize.
