The township contains two cemeteries, Dundey and Smith Family.

The racial makeup of the township was 91.69% White, 0.31% African American, 1.04% Native American, 0.10% Asian, 0.10% Pacific Islander, 1.25% from other races, and 5.50% from two or more races.

16.90% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.10% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
