Ndolé

Ndolé[1] is a Cameroonian dish consisting of stewed nuts, ndoleh (bitter leaves indigenous to West and Central Africa), and fish or beef.

[1] The dish may also contain shrimp.

It is traditionally eaten with plantains, bobolo or miondo (a Cameroonian dish made of fermented ground manioc and wrapped in leaves), etc.
