In 2001, he was appointed by Archbishop Sergius (Konovalov) of Evkarpia as rector of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in the city of Asnières-sur-Seine, France.

[8] On 16 July 2013, by the decision of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, he was released from the management of parishes of the Moscow Patriarchate in Italy.
