Netrokona-1 is a constituency represented in the Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament) of Bangladesh since 2024 by Mustaque Ahmed Ruhi of the Awami League.
The constituency encompasses Durgapur and Kalmakanda upazilas.
[2][3] The constituency was created in 1984 from the Mymensingh-12 constituency when the former Mymensingh District was split into four districts: Mymensingh, Sherpur, Netrokona, and Kishoreganj.
[4] Ahead of the 2008 general election, the Election Commission redrew constituency boundaries to reflect population changes revealed by the 2001 Bangladesh census.
