New York's 37th State Assembly district is one of the 150 districts in the New York State Assembly.

It has been represented by Claire Valdez since 2025, defeating then-incumbent Juan Ardila.

It contains the neighborhoods of Sunnyside, Sunnyside Gardens, and portions of Ridgewood, Long Island City and Maspeth.
