As of the 2020 United States census, there were 526 people, 246 households, and 147 families residing in the city.

As of the census[3] of 2000, 575 people, 233 households, and 157 families resided in the city.

About 28.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
