Nezamabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان نظام آباد) is in the Central District of Azadshahr County, Golestan province, Iran.

[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 15,036 in 4,146 households.

The most populous of its 21 villages was Qurchay, with 3,847 people.
