Nihel Cheikh Rouhou (Arabic: نهال شيخ روحو ; born 5 January 1987 in Sfax, Tunisia) is a Tunisian judoka.

[1] In 2019, she won the gold medal in the women's +78 kg event at the African Games held in Rabat, Morocco.

[4] In 2021, she won one of the bronze medals in her event at the Judo World Masters held in Doha, Qatar.

[7] In June 2021, she competed in the women's +78 kg event at the 2021 World Judo Championships held in Budapest, Hungary.

[8][9] She won the silver medal in the women's +78 kg event at the 2022 Mediterranean Games held in Oran, Algeria.
