Nikoleta Jíchová (born 29 August 2000) is a Czech track and field athlete.

[4] In Zlín in June 2021, Jíchová won the senior 400m hurdles at the 2021 Czech Athletics Championships.

[5] In 2021 she was part of the Czech team that won gold at the 2021 European Athletics U23 Championships in the Women's 4 × 400 metres relay.

[9] Selected for the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest in August 2023, she qualified for the semi-finals.

[10] On 10 June 2024, she ran a personal best 54.59 seconds to qualify for the final at the 2024 European Athletics Championships in Rome.
