Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia

Nine Mile River is an unincorporated community in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, located in East Hants Municipality in Hants County.

[1][2] It is District 9 for the Municipality of East Hants, and currently served by Councillor Eldon Hebb.

Nine Mile River is home to a small United Church and a volunteer fire department.

The area of Renfrew, a ghost town known for its gold mining history, became a locality of Nine Mile River in 2007.
