The film is a Brazil-India co-production and was inspired by poems written by the musicians Vinicius de Moraes and Antônio Carlos Jobim as well and it follows two brother mice named Tom and Vini who are searching for good luck while sneaking into the Ark.

As all animal couples are entering the ship, while Nina the female mouse, arrives, Vini leaves, despite Tom's protests, so that his friend can be saved.

Vini is saved from drowning by Alfonso the cockroach and his crew sailing on a small boat, while at the same time, Kilgore the swallow bird tries to find the ark alongside Sonya the dove and a pink humpback whale.

Vini then arrives at the ark and they come aboard through a whole before it was led by the carnivores like a brown bear, a gorilla, a jaguar and a couple of hyenas who have entered the food storage room to help themselves.

When the trick is discovered, all animals stop recognising the authority of the cheater It is also the moment when arks finally reaches land and all the occupants are saved.
