Noam Shimon Dovrat (Hebrew: נועם שמעון דוברת; born July 16, 2002) is an Israeli basketball player for Hapoel Jerusalem of the Israeli Premier League and the EuroCup.

Dovrat was born and raised in Rishon LeZion, Israel, to a Jewish family.

[1][4][5] As a youth Dovrat played basketball with the Maccabi Rishon LeZion juniors in Israel.

[6] He has played for Maccabi Rishon LeZion in the Israeli Basketball Premier League since 2018.

[6][7] He was MVP and All-Tournament Team in the 2019 FIBA U18 European Championship Division B, after averaging 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.
